Ashley Kitten
Ashley Kitten has over 14 years of progressive HR leadership experience. Ashley brings a wealth of expertise in employee relations, labor negotiations, and organizational policy management to help growing companies build strong, compliant HR foundations. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources and Title IX Coordinator at Upper Dublin School District, Ashley has successfully managed HR operations for organizations of 500-1,000 employees. Her expertise spans employee discipline, labor relations, and public relations, with particular strength in policy development and implementation. Ashley's leadership extends beyond her primary role through her four-year tenure as President of EPASPA (Eastern Pennsylvania Association of School Personnel Administrators), where she has fostered collaboration and professional development among HR leaders across the region. Her educational background includes degrees in Information Systems Management from Penn State University and Project Management from Holy Family University, providing her with both the analytical and strategic planning skills essential for effective HR leadership. Ashley's core belief is that no problem is unsolvable and that maintaining a strong network of colleagues is vital to success. She has a passion for problem-solving and being a resource for employees and colleagues, bringing this collaborative approach to every client engagement. This comprehensive experience has given me a unique perspective on how strategic HR initiatives directly impact organizational success. While much of my experience has been rooted in the education sector, I have discovered my true calling in partnering with startups and scale-ups during their most critical growth phases. Emily Kehr
19+ years in HR, senior leader, benefit leader, HR process & office development.
Emily Kehr
Emily Kehr attended Penn State University for her Bachelor’s in Psychology with a Business Minor where she first fell in love with the field of HR. She then worked at the Bucks County Intermediate Unit at the start of her career working her way up 3 promotions learning the many facets of working in a HR office. During this time she obtained her Master’s degree in HR at Holy Family University. Emily was then hired as the Director of Human Resources at the School District of Springfield Township where she has been the leader of the department since 2011. During her time as Director she has also been the Vice-President and eventually President of the countywide insurance consortium for benefits since 2014. Emily has held various other positions in her career including adjunct professor at Arcadia University, personal trainer, co-owner of a fitness boot camp, manager for a service company and manager of a christmas tree sales company where she completed all billing, logistics and shipping between Canada and the US. Emily is passionate about all aspects of HR but prides herself in the following: the ability to create a process from scratch, evaluate and implement software and systems, benefit knowledge and approaching discipline and leadership with compassion but the ability to be firm and fair when needed.
